Section 1
What a Creator Partner Is

A Creator Partner is a trained operator who runs the BankSmartly growth system day by day for a defined book of clients. This isn't a freelance arrangement or a consulting engagement — it's a structured operating role built on clear standards, proven playbooks, and shared accountability.

The model works because responsibilities are divided cleanly. BankSmartly handles the infrastructure, training, and oversight. You handle execution, communication, and client management. Together, the system delivers consistent, scalable results.

BankSmartly Provides
  • Playbooks (SOPs) and quality standards
  • Training + ongoing enablement
  • Core tool stack and access
  • Oversight, reporting expectations, and escalation paths
  • Centralized invoicing and billing
You Provide

Section 2
The Operating Model: How We Win

Systems beat heroics. Every time.

BankSmartly is built on one simple rule: run the same proven system every day, for every client, and report results. There's no room for improvisation, workarounds, or one-off approaches. Consistency is the product. When every Creator Partner executes the same way, clients get the same quality experience — and results compound over time.

Run Daily

Execute the system every single day without prompting or reminders.

Own Your Book

Stay on top of every client's status, next action, and open risks.

Serve with Clarity

Deliver fast, clear, and consistent communication to every client.

Escalate Wisely

Raise flags only when truly blocked, high-risk, or out of scope.

Section 3
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Being a Creator Partner means owning three interconnected areas every single day. Execution, book-of-business management, and client service are not separate functions — they reinforce each other. Weakness in one area creates drag across all three.

Daily Execution
  • Complete assigned tasks and client deliverables on schedule
  • Maintain response time and follow-up discipline at all times
  • Keep work moving forward even when clients are slow to respond — within policy
Book of Business Ownership
  • Know every client's current status, next action, and risk level
  • Prevent "silent churn" — unanswered messages, missed deliverables, and unclear expectations
  • Keep all client work aligned to BankSmartly standards and SOPs
Client Service
  • Communicate proactively — don't wait for clients to ask
  • Document everything in Notion, consistently and completely
  • Report progress on schedule and raise flags early, before issues escalate
Section 4

Section 5
Documentation + Visibility Standards

If it's not documented, it didn't happen.

BankSmartly operates through visibility. Every task, every client interaction, every deliverable must be tracked and documented in a way that's clear to anyone who looks at it — not just the person doing the work. This isn't bureaucracy; it's quality control. Visibility protects clients, protects you, and keeps the entire system running smoothly.

Owner

Every task has a clear, named owner responsible for completion.

Status

Work is always marked with its current progress state — nothing is "in limbo."

Next Action

The next concrete step is always defined and visible to the team.

Due Date

Deadlines are logged and respected — no ambiguous timelines.

Notes

Context is documented so any operator could step in without confusion.

Section 6
Commercial Terms: Billing + Revenue Share

The commercial model is built on simplicity and integrity. All revenue flows through BankSmartly, and your share is calculated automatically based on your origination and closing role. There are no hidden terms, no off-platform arrangements, and no exceptions to the billing policy.

Billing Policy

All revenue must be routed through Banksmartly.net invoicing and billing. This ensures clean accounting, a consistent client experience, and accurate revenue-share tracking for every Partner.

  • No off-platform invoicing of any kind
  • No collecting payments directly from clients
  • No side agreements that bypass BankSmartly billing
Revenue Share Structure

Your share is determined by how a client enters the system and who closes them. The more you originate and close yourself, the higher your recurring cut.

50% Recurring

Clients you originate and close yourself — the highest share for full-cycle ownership.

30% Recurring

Clients you book but Harvey closes — strong recurring income with shared close credit.

Revenue share details can be refined in the signed agreement. This page is the operating summary.

Section 7
Noncompete + Channel Integrity

To protect the integrity of the BankSmartly system, its clients, and the Creator Partner community, all Partners operate under a noncompete agreement and channel integrity rules. These rules exist to maintain a level playing field and ensure that clients are never redirected outside the operating model.

What This Means in Practice
  • You may not redirect clients, revenue, or services outside the BankSmartly operating model
  • You may not build parallel arrangements that replicate or compete with BankSmartly's system
  • All client relationships managed through BankSmartly remain within the platform
Section 8
What Success Looks Like

A successful Creator Partner doesn't need to be reminded, chased, or micromanaged. They run the system because they understand it — and they see the results. Here's what excellence in this role looks like on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Runs the System Daily

Executes without reminders. Tasks are completed, follow-ups are made, and the book stays current every single day.

Consistent, On-Time Delivery

Client deliverables arrive when expected. No surprises, no excuses — just reliable execution week after week.

Clean, Visible Book of Business

Every client has a current status, a clear next action, and no outstanding gaps in documentation.

Proactive Communication

Clients never wonder what's happening. Updates are sent on schedule and issues are surfaced early — before they become problems.

Measurable Outcomes

Results are tracked, reported clearly, and tied directly to the work delivered. Performance is always visible.

Next Steps: Get Operational

You're ready to get started. Follow these three steps to move from onboarding to active execution. The path is clear, the tools are ready, and the system is built to support you from day one.

Step 1: Review the Onboarding Checklist

Access the BankSmartly Operating System in Notion and work through every item on the onboarding checklist. This is your single source of truth for getting set up. Open in Notion →

Step 2: Complete Training + Tool Access

Work through all assigned training modules and confirm access to every tool required for your role. Don't skip ahead — each module builds on the last, and tool access must be verified before you begin client work.

Step 3: Start Your Initial Book and Ramp Up

Begin with a small, manageable initial book of clients. Focus on running the system correctly before expanding. Consistency in the early stage sets the foundation for a clean, profitable book long-term.
